Oh hi πŸ™‹πŸΌ still plodding away trying my best still following SW and trying not to gain the five stone I gained in my last pregnancy 🀰🏼 so far so good.. been going to SW every week and weighing in, I'm also the pay lady on the social team.. my food choices aren't 100% on plan but I'm doing my best and hoping to keep the weight down as much as I can! #swpregnancylife #sw #stillgoing #20weeks

I'm still here πŸ™‹πŸΌ still trying to do my best with a pregnancy appetite, odd days of nausea and chronic toothache! Gained at weigh in this week but I'm not too worried, still trying to do my best! Forgot to share this last week too, Woman of the Year Nominee in group ⭐️ #proud

So being pregnant and following SW is a bit of a tricky one. I've gone off all my favourite foods, don't have much of an appetite and when I do want to eat it's the wrong things (naturally!) I'm going to write a blog post on it but I was a bit shocked to see a weightloss on the scales this week. Every cloud and all that #morningsickness #swpregnancylife

Back to group, first weigh in for 4 weeks (2 weeks on holiday, 2 weeks poorly sick) and a gain of 2lb which I'm delighted with. Really want to try and maintain or lose a little bit of weight during this pregnancy. I'm going to try my hardest to stick to plan although with my current food aversions it's a bit tricky! Will try to post more often too.. #swpregnancylife

Soooo I've promised Olly we'll do some baking today and I have no idea what to make.. sw friendly baking ideas welcomed? What shall I make?

Oh deary me... time hop memories popped up this morning on my husband's fb and he said he genuinely can't remember me like this! TFFT to be honest 😳 we'd been married for a year here and it was just before I had a health scare that really shook me up and made me take positive action to change my lifestyle. Unfortunately I can remember being this big, the lack of self confidence, the lack of self worth, wanting to disappear and not go out. Really really sad thinking about it BUT it's not without hard work and utter determination to make a change.. don't hide yourself away, you only get one chance at this life, make it count! #throwbackthursday #swuk

Very proud wifey tonight ⭐️ my husband Shilts bagged Man of the Year in his SW group this evening. Walking into a sw group which is predominantly full of women was a brave move but he decided he wanted to lose weight for him, for us and our family. I'm so proud of him for making the changes, going to group on his own not knowing a soul and just getting on with it. He's two and a half stone down since January and doing so so well! #proudwife #manoftheyear2017

I'm still here, following plan where I can and getting weighed.. life has been ridiculously busy over the last few weeks and my focus has slipped a bit but I'm only human but I'll not give up. And a nice shiny loss last night was good to see! πŸ™ŒπŸ»
