Today's morning ritual comes from @andy_yogalinsky who teaches Shoreditch and Kings Cross // 'I’m so hungry when I wake up that the first thing I do is have a banana. Then I turn the coffee machine on and rush to the shower so by the time I'm done I can have a fresh coffee. I love toast with peanut butter for breakfast' 🍌☕️

DROP IT LIKE ITS SQUAT 🍑 3 top tips on how to do the perfect squat via @lararose89 // 1. POSTURE: engage core , maintain a neutral spine, (save the Beyonce booty for the club) try to not let the back buckle or hyper extend. Squeeze those glutes all the way to the top 2. CORRECT ALIGNMENT: ensure knees, hips and feet are all tracking along the same line. Engage the inside thighs so your knees don't drop out 3. WEIGHT PLACEMENT: you should be able to wiggle your toes through the duration of the movement. Drive through the heels to push up to standing, keeping the knees behind the toes when in full flexion #moveyourframe
