Light Banana 🍌 Choco Peanut 🥜 Butter Cream Shake!

Ingredients:
🔹 1 cup of 30 calorie unsweetened almond milk
🔹 1/2 cup of ice
🔹 1 tbsp. sugar free banana jellos pudding mix
🔹 2 tbsp. powdered peanut butter
🔹 1 scoop Motiv8 Performance Protein chocolate cake

Directions:
1️⃣ Combine all the ingredients in a blender and whirl
2️⃣ Pour into your favorite cup and enjoy!

Christina is now 115 lbs down from the point she started her weightloss journey 💪🏼

Christina shares with us:
“I used to love this shirt!! 👚 It was the first time I was in (s/m/l/xl/2x) sizes and not the oversized (22/24) sizes! I loved 💕 this shirt because it was actually pretty and not the typical fat girl shirts.
I remember giving it away to my sister and thinking how much I loved it, but was happy to pass it along. Well over the weekend I found it in her closet and had to try it on.
Now, here is where the mind is a tricky thing! I wouldn’t try it on in front of anyone, because I thought “what if it’s not really any bigger?” 🤭 To my surprise the results were apparent and I was rejoiced! This is my motivation to keep going! 👊🏼

What are BCAAs? .

She explains:
“BCAAs (Branched Chain Amino Acids) are are essential amino acids that can be obtained only from diet and cannot be synthesized by our body. EAAs are the plant based version of essential amino acids! BCAA’s are made from three aminos: Valine, L- Leucine and isoleucine (3 out of 9 essential amino acids).”
.
What does it do?
“When you workout you burn calories. Most of these calories come from sugar in the form of glycogen and fat, but some will also come from the break down of protein and muscle. By taking BCAAs prior to and during your workout, you can help spare your muscles! 💪🏼 This means that on an on-going basis you will spare muscle but burn fat and sugar instead. The more muscle you maintain, the more fat you’ll burn all day. So in a way, it assists with sparing muscle and burning fat in the long run.”

How should it be taken?
.
“When shopping for BCAAs, look for Leucine ratio. It should be in a higher ratio than the other two aminos contained in BCAAs. Some people believe one can take Leucine alone, but studies have shown that the combo of the three works the best which is why I choose @motiv8performance.” 🤗
