Maybe someone can share some advice, because this cut was a disaster. I was routing a rabbet for the back panel of this section of the dresser to fit into. The plywood chipped terribly while doing so (luckily it's on the back of the inside which will be hard to see). Does anyone know why it chipped out so much? My best guess is that my router bit has gotten too dull. I'm pretty sure I was routing in the recommended direction (although I tried moving in the other direction on the other piece and it chipped less). I tried adjusting the RPMs but that didn't seem to make a difference either. If anyone has any advice to prevent this in the future please let me know!
