from negative energy to toxic relationships to alcohol & sugar...
now it’s time to add SCREEN TIME to my list📱
last week I looked at my screen time breakdown (iphone setting) & was sick to my stomach with how much time I waste scrolling through other people’s lives, comparing myself, and questioning my worth & my message🤦🏻♀️
so i decided enough is enough. inspired by my girl @nutritionsqueezed, I am starting an Unplugged Challenge through the month of January & inviting you to join me!! i’ll be limiting my social media time to 90min per day (iphone allows you to set app limits) and taking at least one day completely off of all social media.
the purpose of this challenge is to be more present, focused on goals, and avoid negative energy. I plan to stay active but i will use this platform intentionally to spread messages of positivity instead of mindlessly scrolling, questioning my worth & wasting hours of valuable time.
