Wash lemons, slice in wedges.
Pour cooled boiled water in a well cleansed jar.
Saturate it with sea salt.
Put the wedges in the jar and top it off with MonteRosola Olive Oil.
Close lid, after 6-8 weeks they are ready to enjoy.
They stay fresh for a long time.
We use them in casseroles, salads or as side dish to all summery BBQ´s.
The acidity and saltiness of the lemons make a great match with the well balanced acidity in our wines. Enjoy! Buon Appetito! Njut!
