Day 3- Prompt 3
I am a firm believer of the fact that "people who love to eat are always the best people". And as a matter of fact, I like food,i love to eat and I dont want to deprive myself of good food.
.This is what todays prompt take us to.
The not so green food on our plate- the junks and our little ones learning this from us
I would not say I am a junkiee eater only.....but i love roti sabzi as much as i love maggie. I love pulao as much as I love panipuri. Fresh juices and canned or aerated drinks are equally preffered. But yes sometimes, I can give up my dinner for any kind of chats🤗🤗🤗🤗🤗🤗🤗 (my mouth is still watering) .
When I am eating such stuffs every now n then how would I expect my little one to not eat those?????
The condition with my baby is she would want to eat anythinv n everything mumma is having-no matter how spicy it is!! So ,i just try to give her a touch and taste of everything I eat.
While at home, we are strictly following, No salt No sugar diet for my baby since she is less than an year old. But once out, I get liberal and let her taste everything.
At 9 months, she had tasted canned juices, garlic bread, chocolava cake, chocolate, pastries, etc.
I believe when things are in moderation they never do harm rather they help in making child realise that they will get everything but in moderation and this I beleve instills a positive attitude in them towards any kind of food.
