Thursday Sept 21, the International Day of Peace, Modo Yoga Cincinnati and ALL 80+ #ModoYoga's around the world will have special candle light classes (this will also be a Karma class with just a $5+ donation). Together we will raise our voices (and bodies) in the name of peace worldwide <3 This is our biggest event of the year because it has global affect. Join us as we raise funds for Amnesty International and create awareness for human rights!

SAT, SEPT 30 > 5-7pm
Join Adam for a 90 minute Yin Yoga sequence to open up the hips and lower back followed by a 30 minute Yoga Nidra session (body scan/progressive relaxation). The perfect way to bring a little more balance to your life. Our culture requires us to keep up, be on the move, and be in a perpetual state of hurry. This constant activity can take it’s toll on our well-being. The intention of this class is to bring balance to the body and mind by coming into contact with our own deep yearning to be well. Pause and Enter Deep Stillness.

Level II is for those wanting to develop their practice beyond the fundamentals. This class is designed to be challenging and accessible. You will still see familiar poses, but you'll learn how to transition more confidently into complex postures.
