Happy Birthday to one of the best teachers a studio could ever hope to find. Seriously, This girl has it all.
She’s slays our yoga sculpt classes with her playful, bouncy, endless energy and fierce, intelligent sequencing.
Yet at the same time she’s soft, intuitive and gentle as she guides our yin classes.
How can one teacher be a master of so many different styles?! Outside the room, she is devoted to her own mind, mastering herself and is forever learning.
It’s mind blowing to see a teacher who pours so much into their own progression and education.
