A 2 hr Foundation workshop designed for beginners and those new to the Vinyasa practice as well as seasoned yogis looking to revisit the fundamentals.

In this workshop we will explore, explain and work through and basic foundational poses of vinyasa yoga. You will learn the correct alignment, modifications and breathing techniques so you can confidently take part in and advance your yoga practice.

VEDIC MEDITATION COURSE
For mums with new bubs

A meditation practice - specifically designed for mums with new bubs - is the best gift you can give yourself, your new bub & your loved ones.
Becoming a mum is physically and emotionally demanding. We are always on ‘high alert’ placing our nervous systems under immense stress that is stored in our bodies & it’s no wonder we feel exhausted.
Vedic meditation is:
• an effortless mantra based technique that can combat fatigue of being a new mum
• easily practised with your bubs, surrounded by noise, older children & pets
• taught in a course of personal instruction in 4 short sessions, over 3 days and you can bring your new bubs to the course!
@annayoungferris is a mama of 3 including a 9 month old and swears by her meditation practice to combat the fatigue that breastfeeding and sleepless nights brings. She has designed a course specifically for mums with new bubs based on her deep knowledge and first hand experiences.
