I think I'm gonna start posting workout vids because whenever I get questions on what my workouts are it's hard to explain lol. Before/ after 3 years apart
Butt scrunches after squats are so ugly but it helps sm!
-I always start a workout with my 10 min on treadmill on a incline of 1.5 & 6 speed -Stretch
-I do 3 rounds of jump squats, 1st & 2nd round with 30 then 40 for the last round
-3 rounds of leg raises, 30 each round (15 straight, then 15 going side from side)
