Because it's #internationaldayofyoga & I am feeling so abundantly grateful for this practice...
This practice; that not only gives us the chance to get deeper and deeper into forward folds, but grants us the opportunity to reach more deeply into ourselves.
This practice; that creates communities of people of all race, religion, culture and creed... a true tribe of misfits hellbent on changing the world.
This practice; that teaches us how to heal in a physical way, but above that, on a mental and emotional level too.
This practice; that has not only survived but exponentially grown over thousands of years filled with war, poverty, and hate only to become a deep source of love, peace, and compassion.
This practice... I am just so incredibly grateful for this practice... for the friends and family, the foundation and growth, the hurting and healing, and the chance to find myself in all of these things along the way.
Namaste, my yogis.
I see you.
