🎈Abs.🎈 ....I think it's safe to say that many people at some point in their life want to have visible abs. And of course some don't care. I'm both of these people... Hear me out, there are seasons in my life where I just want to be forever shredded AND also some seasons when I just want to eat everything without consideration. With that said, if you're at the point where you want to be able to see your abs , you need to dial in on your nutrition. Unless you are genetically blessed with visible abs all the time (like some punks I know! I hate you forever Chris! 😢, the trick to having visible abs is really quite straight forward.
Strip off the fat that is covering the abs by bringing down your body fat percentage. That is done through proper nutrition planned for your goal and of course a training program. At the end of the day, it still boils down to calorie in VS calorie out.
How your abs are formed depends on genetics. Some people have 4 ( Ronnie Coleman), some 6, some 8... some even have a 10 pack!
I personally want thicker abs which is very hard to achieve,. My abs are more visible when they're thicker. It's not everyone's cup of tea but I like it this way. So if you're doing 100000 crunches a day, long hours of cardio but NOT on a nutrition plan that is created to help you lose body fat, then I suggest you re evaluate your situation. You either throw in some discipline and determination... or you can just eat whatever you want. Both ways sound good to me. Lol. Besides abs can be overrated. 🤦🏽‍♀️.

I remember few post back I said I don't train no concentrated core training , but am under new administration ... an conditioning is the goal . :
Since this prep started I train core twice a week , I have definitely improved my core a lot by pumping them while am on a low calorie deficit.
Here is few routines that have been helpful in tightening up my core.

Training while am on a low-calorie deficit is the hardest thing I have ever done (no carbs)........ Am always looking for a quicker way to get my food in. Opti_green 50 has been my favorite go to when it comes vegies. I take 3-4 scoop daily. This prep is going great so far. Staying focus is hard but am pushing through 🙏🏾😍

In a world full of detox teas, waist trainers and diet pills - just do the fucking job 😏

If you are not doing what you love doing at this point in your life , you are missing out big time . :
