In 2018, we, Mizuno Running, will embark on a journey to highlight the problems that hamper runners worldwide on a daily basis. Not real world problems like divorce or financial struggles, but the outside factors that can ruin your run in a heartbeat. Sometimes it's hills or stoplights, while other times it's dogs or cars. We have all encountered those things that can transform miles of zen, into blind fits of rage.
Our team here at Mizuno agrees that the #1 Runner Problem has been the "Rise and Grind." Running is hard, but nothing makes it worse than waking up to an unsettling alarm, getting dressed in the dark, struggling to stretch your hamstrings and grinding through those first strides. Sure, some days are better than others, but for the most part, the start never gets any easier.
