【How I workout my butt？】I am posting this answer for girls who asked me in DM, sorry that I don’t have many time to chat with everyone, so I decide to write some tips here. 【Not professional advise】
1️⃣ Squat with 35lb dumbbell, 8-12 per time, 4 times per group
2️⃣ Hip thrusts on mat with 35lb dumbbell, until tired, 4 times per group
3️⃣ And some butt exercises on yoga mat, which would be easier to find on YouTube.
4️⃣Eat protein food. I eat lots meat and fish, basically I am a meat lover😋
I actually preferred doing more lifting to gain my muscles instead of aerobic exercise. I like fit body with some muscle. So that is what I do for my butt exercise. You could use it as an idea. I don’t want to mislead people so I never talked about it before. You can take is as a advice from a friend not a professional ‘coach’. Also you can adjust the weight of the dumbbell by yourself. 【我的臀部练习方法】
4️⃣吃高蛋白食物.我个人很爱吃肉和鱼，还有鸡蛋. 女孩子不吃蛋白质食物也很难长肌肉的，而且不会长的很壮因为肌肉不容易长哦😝. 这都是我个人的练习方法，可能不专业，就当是朋友的建议听听就好.
