One of the questions I get asked is β€œwhat do you eat in a day?” The funny thing is some people assume I only eat salads or I don’t eat carbs πŸ€¦πŸ»β€β™€. A healthy diet is not about starving yourself, it’s about having a plan and making better choices. I eat enough protein to build muscles/curvesπŸ’ͺπŸΌπŸ‘ and carbs for energy. I’m all about balanced macros including supplementing additional protein with shakes especially after my workout. Ask me anything in the comments! .
Breakfast -
3 whole eggs, avocadoΒ toast, spinach, and grapefruit Lunch
Rice, lean ground turkey patties, and asparagus
Snack -
Almond butter and one sliced apple
Light Meal -
Boneless chickenΒ breast, mix greens, avocado, mango,and tomatoes.
Post Workout -

Dinner -
Oven baked salmon, bell peppers, and spinach
