One of the questions I get asked is “what do you eat in a day?” The funny thing is some people assume I only eat salads or I don’t eat carbs 🤦🏻♀. A healthy diet is not about starving yourself, it’s about having a plan and making better choices. I eat enough protein to build muscles/curves💪🏼🍑 and carbs for energy. I’m all about balanced macros including supplementing additional protein with shakes especially after my workout. Ask me anything in the comments! .
