So, the lighting got all crazy like in the middle of me filming this. 😅 but! Here are some of my "off day" workouts for burning out the legs and glutes. 💪 I keep my muscles lean by combining heavy weight lifting with HIIT days like today. Combination on band work, Jump rope, and glute/hamstring focused weight free exercises. These can all be made to be more difficult , just by adding weights! 🙌 workout list🔥 ▶️Jump rope in between every different workout set for 3-5 minutes
▶️ Side step lunges - 3 sets of 20 reps
▶️ Stiff legged deadlifts - 3 sets of 20 reps
▶️ Jumping squats
▶️ Glute bridges until burnout (I lift a leg for more difficulty and glute pump ! 💪)
▶️ Kick backs and side raises, until burnout
▶️ Heavy banded side-to-side lunges, 3 sets of 15 walks
▶️ Banded high knees for abs 🔥🔥🔥 I'll post some more videos soon! Let me know if you guys want to see more 💪😎✨ #fitness
