⭐️ Stop negative self talk - catch yourself in the act and shut it down.
⭐️ Pick out something you love about your body everyday - force yourself. Don't be a dick to yourself.
⭐️ Appreciate your body for what it can do physically rather than just how it looks ascetically.
⭐️ Sleep naked, look I don't know why but it just makes you feel sexier.
⭐️ Realize that you are much more than just a body! Having abs is cool but it won't change your life, appreciate that there is just one of you.
