Next to lentils, beans, soy, tofu, grains & legumes, I love to add one or two servings of #Plantein from @profuelsupplements to hit that sweet spot for protein intake. 🔑

I usualy try to get in around 150-200g of Protein a day. Its possible to hit those goals without any supplements, but a nice, good tasting plantprotein mix is just way more convenient + the amino acid profile is top notch.

With that said, Plant Proteins work as good as any other animals based protein when it comes to musclebuilding. #PlantPower

✘STORY TIME ▹▹▹ I remember back in 2010 when I started lifting in the gym and I never heard about “Fitness YouTube” before. A friend told me about a guy named flexforall2 on YouTube. I checked him out and was instantly hooked with his content. ✅

I somehow managed to get in touch with him and almost 2 years later we met in person in La Jolla right after I got my first (and hopefully last) food poisoning. I wasn’t able to train with him like we planned but we talked. 💡

@MattOgus was the first guy who told me that he was actually able to make a living off of YouTube and he encouraged me to do the same. Back then I had NO IDEA what to do, I was still working in sales selling smartphones (or was it still Mobile Phones?) and the few videos I uploaded on YouTube were just for fun. 😊

After flying home to Switzerland I knew, THIS IS MY SHOT!!! 1 year later I launched my first online training program “Lean Bulk System” which got sold over 5’000 times. It gave me the freedom to travel the world, co-found two companies and most important: DO WHAT I LOVE, EVERY SINGLE DAY!!! 🚀

It was a very important day for me and guess who called me right before I wanted to leave the house? @MattOgus. We met and trained together, making him apart of my epic launch day. 👉🏾 8 years ago I was a scoliosis patient with a one inch difference in my arms and a two inch difference in my legs. My whole body was completely asymmetrical and it took me a long time to find out how to train my body for symmetry.

What I found out (sad story): The common belief that the weak side will catch up if you train it more is wrong! You can't expect your weak side to grow faster than your strong side, especially with the regular idea of just doing 1 set more for the weaker side. 👎🏾

Solution: You need to train your strong side less, and put your wish to progress to the side. That way your weak side can catch up. That means: You need to initially train your weak side to a certain extent and then train your strong side to the level where your weak side is already exhausted. 😰

Not a lot of people are able to swallow this bitter pill but I did and this is the reason why I look like I do today. My arms and legs still have a slight difference in size but it got so much better than it used to be. 🏆

Some of you guys know that I am a perfectionist when it comes to this sport. I've started out as a skinny kid with a scoliosis 8 years ago and focused myself since then to become the best version of myself. Next to the heavyweight & overall trophy I also took home the symmetry award, something I've NEVER EVER could have dreamed of. ⭐️

When it comes to my arm workout I keep things very simple. Usually I never hit the gym just for arms since they were never a weak spot of mine.

I have a pool of 4-5 bicep and 3-4 tricep exercises I favour. I simply pick 1-2 of them and finish my arms with 3-5 sets of biceps and 4-6 sets of triceps after my upper body workout while trying to constantly get stronger and/or increase overall volume. 📈

No "magic exercises" needed if you know how to manipulate the key factors for muscle growth 🔑
