There’s a huge misconception about achieving a lean physique and cardio. If you always rely on endless, impossible ,crazy hours of cardio to lose weight.... it means your diet is “shit” and your metabolism is inefficient.
I achieved my stage lean physique by lifting five days a week, and throwing in 30-45 min. cardio sessions, twice a week.

Regardless of how good a diet or workout plan is, without being consistent, you won’t have the chance of seeing results. It needs time to work.
Stay consistent! Practice accountability! Accept the fact that you will NOT feel motivated and up to it, every day nor every workout... and that’s ok... you’re simply human.
