NO EQUIPMENT FULL BODY VACATION WORKOUT: (full workout listed below)
I put this together for people who might want some inspiration to get a quick, effective workout in, even while on vacation! I know a lot of people would obviously rather be enjoying vacation than be inside of a gym, and that gym may not have all the equipment everyone is used to using at home. So I recorded some clips of a workout I like to do while I’m away that I can just bang out really quickly and then get back to tanning and enjoying the weather ☀️😇 .
-3 sets x 12-15 reps body weight calf raises
-3x10-12 each side step our squats -3x10-12 each side front to back lunges -3x10-12 each side split squats (you can do this without elevation as well)
-3x25 crunches (not shown)
-3x25 Russian twists (not shown)
-3x10-12 push-ups (not shown)
-3x12-15 tricep dips
-3x10 each side, side plank with twist -3, 1 minute plank holds
You can also add weight to any of the exercises to make them more challenging if you have the resources available!
