You have to much fat! Are you really in the shape you want right now? You're working out so much but you still have so much fat?
These are things I get to hear often, and you know what? I love my body, I won't live my life not treating myself (maybe to often sometimes 🙄), and I would never change that. My goal is not to workout until there's nothing left of my body fat, I love curves and donuts.. and a also love to workout because it's fun and gives me energy 🤷🏼♀️ please stop questioning that and put more effort into your own life and goals instead, we all want different things and we should just embrace that and support each other 😘
