Banyak soalan i dapat tanya macam mana i bole bercakap 48 mins non-stop tak penat ke? And how i mantain my body ( walau i takde la kurus but i love to keep fit since i love to eat like a lot!—> bole swipe ke gamba yang ketiga).. you can eat what you really want but dont take it always . Like me i akan had kan sebulan sekali “if” i teringin makan sesuatu yang fattening but “NEVER” skip your workout . Minimum sminggu skali . Maximum everyday la!!! Paling yang bole motivate korang pastikan you have your friends who love workouts as much as u do ! . My problems now is my lower part of body! If korang ada masalah mcm i .. i suggest u guys to do high intensity workouts / cardio workouts to burn more fats not to build muscle yet.. Dan result takkan nampak dalam masa sebulan! SABAR YE! Over the time korang akan nampak perubahan . •


Anyways harini teman @nadiaannuar workout . Putus urat jugak la but worth it .. you guys can follow our routine here . • •

.
1. Sprint x 30sec
2. Wide stance squat x30
3. Power stride (machine off, leg drive the machine belt x60 sec
4. Bulgarian split squat x 15 each
5. Side skip on treadmill x30 sec each side
6. Wide grip push up x 15
Rest for 60 sec
.
Do it for 3-4rounds
