Here is today’s:
Egg White muffins! Make a batch at the start of the week, and have protein rich, healthy, grab and go breakfast every day.
⁃grease a muffin tin with a little coconut oil
⁃in each spot, put in your favorite vegetables (I like spinach, cherry tomatoes and bell peppers)
⁃pour egg whites over the vegetables
⁃bake in the oven at 350 degrees for 25-30 minutes, or until the eggs are set
(serving size two muffins)
