Milk And Honey  A wood fired kitchen (02) 6684 1422

I was given this delicious fetta today. The people who made it have a tiny jersey herd and produced this awesome cheese from raw milk. It's mild flavour had not been overpowered by brine or bureaucracy. It's such a shame that the man in Australia won't allow us to use products like these commercially. This would be phenomenal on pizza but guess you're not going to know😜😜😜😜😜


Things are going to be alright.

We have been digging garden beds this morning. The pig has been in there for a few days to break in up. The photographer did most of the digging while the others provided provocative conversation. What does this have to do with pizza? Everything

Good job mamma. She delivered 10 piglets this morning without a hitch. This is our first litter as part of the process of producing all of our own pork products. Know your farmer, taste the difference and all those cliches actually matter. These pigs are a heritage bred well suited to living free range which is what we let them do.

I eat pasta again after about a 20 year hiatus due to not enjoying making it or eating the shitty penne staff meal. This is nduja and radicchio...... and curls

We have had some technical difficulties today so will only be serving take aways tonight. Open from 5 pm
