The CBS method is awesome to do as the last set of exercise.
For each rep add 1 second to the squeeze and 1 second to the negative.

First rep, 1 second squeeze, 1 second negative. 2nd rep, 2 second squeeze and 2 second negative. Keep increasing by 1 second on the contraction and the negative every rep!

Squatting with quad intent today.
Shortened ROM for maximum quad engagement. 260 for reps with a 3 second negative.
Flaring out the knees and pressing down against the floor for maximum tension.
Another method @_joshwiggins & I are using to bring out the best in my physique.
Bodybuilding is about building the body, to do this we lift specifically to sculpt individual muscles on the body. While I would of looked badass going ATG reps the only thing that would of grown is dat ass. I need more quad, not more ass. Hence the technique.
