Life is busy. And we often forget to check in with ourselves and reflect. Here's some helpful tips to get you on your way.

Think of five things to be grateful right now. Write them down. Repeat every day for a happy and humble life.

The greatest power you have is your mind and the choices you make. Are you going to dwell on yesterdays mistake, on the argument you had with your sister, on anything to do with the past that upsets you? Let it go and see how it feels. Then, move forward.

THIS is the most important lesson you can learn on your journey. Remember to love and forgive yourself for not doing everything perfectly. Even the best of the best sometimes need to slow down and look after themselves. You are perfect as you are and you are doing great 🙌

Take a moment. Remind yourself why you are doing what you are doing. And do it. Sometimes the easiest way to get over a bad situation is to pause, reflect and then get straight back into the hustle. Sometimes you've got to just keep going.

Tip of the day : cluttered workspace = cluttered mind. Stop now and spend five minutes cleaning up the area you work in. Your brain will thank you for it.
