COMPLETE ROUTINE ALL ON ONE CABLE !!! Ok I’ve told you guys before, i knowwww what it’s like to have a crazy schedule and still try to maintain a fitness journey. This is one of the tricks! Being able to get in the gym with limited time and get it all done with one machine, can save loads of time! PLUS this routine isn’t boring and it will kick your a**! I promise you that 😎... NEXT, when you have a crazy life and trying to maintain fitness, it is especially important that you take NUTRITION SERIOUSLY!!! IT IS ABSOLUTELY NO JOKE that nutrition really is 70-80% OF YOUR RESULTS!!! that means that if you can’t always finish your workouts or get all your workouts in, as long as your diet is on point, you’re still headed in the right direction. BUT if you are able to always crush your workouts BUT your diet is 💩..then you won’t get very far! WORK SMART NOT HARD !

Feeling down? You want to know what I’ve been hearing a lot from you girls in my DM lately? “I’m feeling down” “i feel sad” “i feel hopeless” ..... and you want to know another common factor ? These statements are followed by “because my friend told me” “my boyfriend said” “my husband said” “my ex husband said”....... ok girls ... FIRST OF ALL IGNORE THOSE PEOPLE, SECOND don’t fret ! It’s all going to be ok and work out. We are all on the journey and everyone struggles! But don’t stop trying to figure things out. A lot of you are frustrated with your training or diet not working and then you let yourself get down over this. It’s just a hiccup ! You haven’t given up on the bigger picture right ?! Ok you’re still on the journey going upwards then. If the diet or training isn’t working for you, STOP and CHANGE. If you feel nothing or see nothing after 1 month of consistently trying whatever diet/routine , it’s time to move on! One of the funny things about diet and fitness is that there are tons of different diets and fitness plans out there. None of them are wrong! It’s just that you need to figure out which one is the RIGHT one that works for your body! ❤️

These are front/backs of me in a “plie” form.. THINK BALLERINA 🧠! The first half i am doing deadlifts and the second half is squats. A large weight is not necessary. The most important part is to focus on the glutes. (Although it may not be the most flattering exercise while performing ) check out my glutes in the second half of each exercise. Notice how engaged and focused my form is on the glutes. Notice the squeeze and constant tension. These are FIRE for your BOOTY!! I promise you will love!

Routine: 3 sets of each AMRAP (as many reps as possible) be sure to attach a band that is a challenging resistance for you. You shouldn’t be able to do more than 20 reps for each set. If you are able to do more than 20, then you need to increase your resistance

My hair 🐴....Years ago i lost a large patch of my hair... i actually have been living with chronic migraines for half my life. Which has been challenging on my fitness journey but i do whatever i can whenever i can to make goals happen. Doctors have had a difficult time curing my chronic pain and i refuse narcotics because i care about the longevity of my health and body. So I’ve been in studies and given every experimental treatment possible. One of these treatments caused 1% of people to lose their hair and i did. At the same time my dad had lost his hair from chemo-therapy and he hated to see us both losing our hair and wanted me to find someone to help. I found Norma @90210extensions. I called her in tears and she met me the next day and not only instantly became a great friend but made my hair look exactly how it did before so that nobody even noticed it changed. Ok so for this workout you don’t need bands but adding bands will help to ignite your legs more 🍗🍗 and give that extra burn that we love 🔥!!
This workout routine is for core and legs! To get that tight waist and shapely legs that we all want !! ⌛️

Routine:
1️⃣ do all 5 exercise/combos in a circuit. One of each 5 exercises counts as one set.
2️⃣AMRAP (as many reps as possible) these exercises are harder than they look so this will be a challenge for you to ty and do as many as you can
3️⃣hold core in and tight during each exercise
4️⃣ the first two exercises, you will be stabilizing while you do the movement at the same time while you raise your legs up and then proceed to bring your legs back down. Imagine a half circle that you are moving your feet up and down on.
5️⃣the third exercise you will be needing to focus on keep your spine straight and keeping good form instead of trying to go to fast. The explosive part of this exercise will be for the jumping squat at the end.
6️⃣the fourth exercise will be runners into a single leg abduction on each leg and then a single straight leg kickback on each leg and then back to runners. Keep going AMRAP
7️⃣the fifth exercise you will be bringing your knee up to the side as far as you can while maintaining relatively straight form and doing a push-up simultaneously which will the end in a single straight leg kickback on each leg
