NEXT, when you have a crazy life and trying to maintain fitness, it is especially important that you take NUTRITION SERIOUSLY!!! IT IS ABSOLUTELY NO JOKE that nutrition really is 70-80% OF YOUR RESULTS!!! that means that if you can’t always finish your workouts or get all your workouts in, as long as your diet is on point, you’re still headed in the right direction. BUT if you are able to always crush your workouts BUT your diet is 💩..then you won’t get very far! WORK SMART NOT HARD !
