It's really tough being a chick sometimes. I've been pretty drained all week. Just waiting for the time of the month to arrive πŸŒ‹. Sometimes I start wishing for it to get here because I know soon after I will feel back to myself again (after feeling much worse 😬). I'm usually forced to take some days off training because my energy is so low. Yet I know some women feel ok and can continue their daily task during that time. (I WISH!!!) But that seems impossible for me. My arms feel like they weight 1000x lbs each haha 😝... Do you force yourself to train right before or during your period? Or do you focus on self care like me? All intense workouts stop until day 2 or 3 of my cycle. I do feel my best when I train hard so I anxiously await for that time to arrive....⏰ Have you seen my video on how to train with, not against your hormonal cycle?!? Recipe:
3/4 scoop of @myveganpure protein
1 scoop of @myveganpure super greens
1/3 cup of water
1/3 cup of frozen cherries
1 tbsp of chia seeds
2-3 drops of stevia
Blend and spread over 2-3 plain rice cakes 😁!

Getting in a quick glute focused circuit within 30 minutes this morning. Remember a short workout is always better than no workout . πŸ™πŸΌπŸ‘

I decided to repeat my last leg day to start off this week!!!πŸ‘ What will YOU be training today? πŸ€·πŸΌβ€β™€οΈ let me know below πŸ‘‡πŸ»πŸ˜ (full workout linked in my profile) β™‘ W O R K O U T β™‘

Leg workout (GLUTE FOCUSED)
Repeat 1-3x (12 reps)
Circuit 1: (SHOWN HERE)
All performed with a Barbell (I'm using a 45lb bar)
1) Squat Jumps
2) Regular Squats
3) Good Morning
4) Reverse lunge with knee tuck
5) Alt Reverse lunge with knee tuck
6) Side to Side Lunges ( I did 12 on each)

Circuit 2 (ON YOUTUBE)
1) 1 arm squats
2) Plate overhead alternating crusty lunge (I switched from reverse to curtsy to feel it in my glutes more)
3) Overhead triple pulse walking lunge
4) In & out plate squat jumps

She decided to give training a try. She told me that her stomach area was always the hardest area to loose. I structured her workouts appropriately so we worked on keeping her core engaged for most of the session. HER RESULTS ARE AMAZING!!! You can actually see her ab lines!!!
