I always plan my workouts for the gym. I ask myself what I'm in the mood to do, and also what I should do and based on that, I come up with my workout. 1 cup of Almond Flour
1 scoop of @myveganpure Sport Vanilla Protein Powder
pinch of salt
1/4 cup of melted coconut oil
1/4 tsp of vanilla extract
1 dropper of stevia
1 egg or chia egg (1 tsbp or chia w/ 3 tsbp of water, sit for 10 mins)

Roll into Balls and bake on 325 for 12-15mins

For Frosting:
1/4 cup of Coconut oil
1 scoop of @myveganpure Vanilla Protein
1/4 cup of maple syrup ( DO NOT USE IF KETO, Use 1 dropper of stevia)

My training lately looks like 2-3 full body weight sessions a week. Plus I try to do a full hour stretch weekly and I add in some walks or elliptical 3x a week and I teach dance 1x a week. Monday-Friday I try to move my body for at least an hour. I average close to 6-7 hours of movement per week, some days I got for a walk and I do a workout. On the plus side I take most weekend off of the gym. This may seem like a lot but most people do not move their bodies enough. Start with 30 minutes everyday... YOU CAN DO IT!!!

I can't believe next week marks 1 year of my personal training studio being open. I am so thankful for this last year.
