Homemade muesli. The only way to know exactly what you are eating is by making it yourself!
Oats, ground chia powder, pumpkin seeds, slithered almonds, sunflower seeds, Golgi berries, cranberries and some cinnamon to flavour 馃構馃憣馃徏

Day 30: grab some family and friends and walk around the block! Everyone should be hitting 10000 steps a day!! Use the step counter on you iPhone or download one of you don't have an iPhone and see how many steps you do today!

Day 29: eat vegetables at every meal today!!! Don't make it a chore make it a challenge!! I've already planned my meals for the day to ensure this is accounted for.
Breakfast: omelet with capsicum, onion, spinach
Lunch: salad wrap, lettuce, cucumber, capsicum, carrot spinach
Dinner: steak and vege, potato, carrot,broccoli, beans, cauliflower.

Day 28: write down your goals for 2017!! Take a moment. Reflect on the year that was and make a plan or a checklist of to dos in 2017. Make it every bit better then 2016!

Day 26: great day today to get outside and be active!!!! What is your activity today?!

Day 25: MERRY CHRISTMAS!!!! Hope you all have a very merry Christmas!! Be mindful of your goals today - fill the plate with veges first and if you do overindulge make sure you have a plan to make up for it!!

Day 24: hope you got your rest and recovery today!

Day 23: take time to relax today and watch the sky.
After a long week or a big day and particularly those just about to start holidays take 5min today and just look up. It can be a great way to clear your mind or even reflect on the week and year that is passing.

Day 22: no junk food.
This is not hard to do. You don't need it. If you value your health and goals then this is not a chore it's a step closer to your goals.
Don't use Christmas as an excuse either - your goal doesn't get put on hold it continues, so should good nutrition.

Day 21: caffeine free day!!! No coffee no mother no v. Can you do it???

Day 20: stretching!! Stay tuned and later today a stretches page will be uploaded!!

Day 19: drink 2L of water today!
Everyone thinks they drink enough water but are you?? A urologist once told me you should be going the bathroom at least 8 times a day. This ensures that the body is well flushed. Drinking adequate amounts of water is essential for normal function- count your stops today if your not close to 8 drink up!!
