I'm on a mission.
-
I have an unyielding desire to be the best.
-
The difference is while most people compete against others, I'm competing against myself.
-
I could care less about what the guy across from me is doing.
-
My three biggest competitors are me, myself, and I.
-
I'm on a mission to be better than I was yesterday.
-
What's your mission? Let me know in the comments 👇

What makes an entrepreneur?
-
It's not a grand vision.
-
It's not putting the title "entrepreneur" in your social media bio.
-
It's not posing with a pile of cash for your Instagram.
-
It's not working just to say you clocked a 12-hour day.
-
An entrepreneur takes an idea and executes to make it into a reality.
-
It sounds simple, but I'll be the first to tell you it's anything but.
-
What is an entrepreneur to you? Tell me in the comments 👇

FAIL QUICK AND FAIL OFTEN.
-
Having success is great, but failure is what keeps you on your toes.
-
It's not the fear of failing, but more so the lessons you learn from losing that will better help you win next time.
-
Don't get complacent in success and be sure to soak in failure's lessons.
-
Double tap if you agree!

It's the last lap of 2017.
-
Here's little food for thought to get you in the right mindset for this upcoming work week.
-
We're entering the last lap of the race in 2017, now is the time to double down on your work ethic.
-
Use these next 4 months to make a serious push for whatever finish line you've set for yourself, your team, and your company.
-
Tell me your end-of-year goals in the comments 👇#HappySunday

Day 2 of filming with @thedsmgroup for #NJBIA. We've got big things coming! This is gonna be fun!

Work smart AND hard.
-
Be smart with how you spend your hours and what tasks you dedicate your time to.
-
Take the time to ensure that the task you are performing in some way maps back to the overall goal you've set for your company, your life, your team, etc.
-
Don't get bogged down by that re-evaluation, just be aware of it.
-
Most importantly, put in the hours to achieve your goal. Don't put in the hours just to say you put in the hours.
-
Double tap if you agree! #VinceLombardi

Remember it's a marathon, not a sprint.
-
Pace yourself, work hard day in and day out, and I bet you'll reach your goals sooner than trying to sprint to them in 24 hours.
-
Let's start valuing patience over the long haul. Tag someone who needs this!

BE CONFIDENT. DON'T BE EGOTISTICAL.
-
It's important to show up to a meeting 110% confident in yourself.
-
On the other end, you need to walk into that room fully aware that there are people smarter than you in other areas.
-
It's about finding the balance between confidence and modesty.
-
Double tap if you agree!

Risks are a necessary part of the sum of success.
-
Taking a risk means you have to audacity to go big and do what most people wouldn't in order to achieve your goals.
-
But there's a happy place in the middle between risk taking and caution that needs to be met.
-
The only risks worth taking are the ones that have been thought out with all options and consequences on the table being equally weighed out.
-
So go big or go home...but do so in a calculated way.
-
What risks will you take today? This week? Let me know in the comments👇

Relationships are everything.
-
Who you know and how you maintain that relationship will be a massive part of your success.
-
The amount of doors that knowing people can open for you is unlimited.
-
But the strength of those relationships is entirely based on your authenticity.
-
Double tap if you agree and go make a new connection this week!

Don't wait for the Friday night lights!
-
Do what it takes in a morning gym session or a late night in the office.
-
It's the stuff you do in the dark, the things people don't see that position you to be under the lights in the first place.
-
Double tap if you're going to start putting in the work.

Turning your passion into a business is never easy.
-
In fact, it's damn near impossible.
And for the few that succeed, once that passion becomes work it scares most off.
-
Simone De La Rue is the exception.
When a cancelled Broadway show left her a jobless dancer in NYC, Simone could have quit.
-
Instead, she took her passion for dance-based fitness and ran with it.
-
The result was @bodybysimone, which has become synonymous with celebrity bodies in Hollywood.
