Whats up everybody, I want yall to acknowledge my online client Cameron. -
This man has a crazy ass work schedule, just got his masters in psychology, just finished grad school, and now he’s going in for a SECOND masters in healthcare administration AND was also moving during this process 😭😭😭 Talk about a badass!
When he first started it was a little tough getting him into gear (which I expected because change isn’t easy for anyone but ultimately leads to growth) but after about a month. This man was focused, determined and willing to do whatever the hell it took for him to get to his end goal!
He has been with me for a about 22 weeks and has no plan to stop soon, he wants that SIX PACK BABY, I am so beyond stoked to see his final results as he should be. -
It is such an honor to work with him, its like a different person each week when he checks in. I literally have to go back in my emails just to make sure its the right guy 🤣
What has made Cameron so successful throughout this journey? -
1.) Everything I told him to do, he implemented it. -
2.) He goes all out in his sets, I am not joking, sometimes I have to tell him to chill out because I am afraid he’ll hurt himself 😂👏🏼
3.) This man does not complain. Not one bit and thats another reason why I love working with him. -
When I tell people, “the way you look is the way you feel and the way you perform” so when i say this, when he started making all of these #gainz THATS when he started getting all of these offers on promotions at his job, and then thats when he decided to take his education to another level and get his second masters!!!
If this man can do this with his crazy schedule, I guarantee that YOU can. Ultimately when it comes down to it, YOU have to know what your goals are and where you want to be. Once you get those in-sight and you’re motivated and determined ONLY THEN you will have success like this man has!

My first true vacation was such an unreal experience, i am shocked that just 24 hours ago i was riding through the mountains of hawaii, if you ever get the chance to travel, just do it. Life is way to short and this world is way to big to not see it.
This was just a TASTE of what i can do with my life, i now know what i want to do, where i want to be and where i am going. I am super grateful for EVERYONE that has came into my life, family, friends, mentors, coaches and my clients.
The fact that i am literally changing lives for a living is amazing. My goal for my clients are to make them as happy as they can be. I want them to live the life that they want to, i hope that they get out of their comfort zone, grow and become what they really want to be. Not what others want them to be.
I know ive said this, but i have learned some very valuable lessons these past few months. Some that will make me grow into being a better coach.

Doubt is a luxury we can’t afford anymore.
Its time to start taking action, if you want something, go out and get it.
I have learned some very valuable lessons this past week, we are not guaranteed anything, life is so short it you have a good opportunity to do something, do it.
Every one has been telling me about having regrets lately, and if there is anything i wont have in my life, is regrets.

I am determined, passionate,forever grateful. I absolutely love what i do in helping others and with doing that has created even more opportunities for me

If you’re NEEDING a change in life, I believe the time is now, not tomorrow , not next week, not next month or next year. Quit hurting yourself like that.


Ive always had the #model in me 😉

* THE BAD REP OF PTS/COACHES 😞 : * Unfortunately there are some bad reps about us coaches/physical trainers. Some are out there all for the wrong reasons, some don’t care about you, some load you with a bunch of false information and tell you to take a bunch of bad drugs. * Let me be the first to tell you, if you are unsure about hiring a specific coach, do your research ask people around and message their clients. They’ll tell you the truth. * I can tell you right now that I am not one to lie to you about something, if I don’t know a question you ask me. I will tell you and I will do my research and get you an answer as quickly as possible. Because honestly I don’t know everything. Could you really expect one to? * Most importantly I’m not one thats going to tell you to consume a bunch of drugs or load you with false information, that is a big NO for me.
I have invested a lot of time and money into the system that i have for it to work so well. * It sucks that this reputation even exists especially for coaches like me who are so passionate and caring towards our clients i will deliver as much value as i can to them. But as with anything in life there is always a positive and negative side to something. I just ask that you give someone who reaches out to you a chance, dont be so quick to shut them out or think that just because one or two trainers/coaches you’ve been with are all like them. They could literally change your life 🙂

* MISCONCEPTION OF BULKING: * Picture on the left is when I did my first bulk and would eat literally anything in sight. I may have been strong but the extra weight was not worth it. Picture on the right I am weighing about 199-200 give or take. And I am now leaner AND stronger then where I was before or have ever been. * A lean bulk is much more tedious and you HAVE TO WORK YOUR ASS OFF for it. Although pizza, ice cream and cheese burgers are really good. Its not worth that extra fat. * A lot of people get confused with the term “bulking” and still eating right. My last off season (bulk season) I was a victim of this. I would indulge in literally anything. It is considered a dirty bulk. * A dirty bulk is not good for you for multiple reasons, when its time to cut you will have most likely put on much more fat than muscle so when you’re cutting you’re going to end up wasting more muscle in the process of cutting. Only because you’re having to work your body so hard to get that extra fat off. * So even though I am bulking now, I eat very clean with lean meats. I have two cheat meals a week and I still avoid sodas (most of the time 😉 ). * WHAT YOU SHOULD AVOID NO MATTER WHAT: * Foods with high fat contents (trans fat and saturated fats) and definitely avoid all sugars. Sugar will cause you to crash throughout the day and leave you feeling lethargic. I buy everything that has no sugar or very low like 1-4g/serving, ONLY thing I buy with sugar is ketchup..thats just because I like ketchup lol. * One more thing to avoid is drugs A.K.A supplements…don’t go buying a bunch of supplements that you probably have no idea about. Just because it says “GAIN LEAN MASS’’ does not mean that you should get it, its going to mess you up more than you know. YOU MUST DO YOUR RESEARCH! * You should also keep in mind that adding 5-10 lbs of lean mass in 3-6 months is much better than adding 20-30 lbs of fat in 3-6 months. You will feel better, and over all your health will be better.

I went through a rough patch before i got into coaching, before i worked a job and just worked for the money. I didn’t work for anything else, meaning i was very unhappy, i was out of shape, i did do some workouts here and there and i ate descent. But nothing that would make any difference. •
I felt that i had no true intentions for anything or anyone, i was just there working, it took me awhile before i could actually find my reason, my “why”. People kept asking me what my why was and i would think to myself. Day and night. I have no idea, i love helping people. But that wasnt it, that wasnt my why. My why needed to be something to keep pushing me to be a better coach to have a drive and be willing to do what i do. •
I used to think that just anybody could do what i do, but when i really think about it. They cant, you have to truly enjoy what you do. Its my passion i love it. Until i found my why, i was struggling. But after, everything started falling into place. •
So my question to you is, what is your why?

People say nothing is impossible, but I do nothing everyday.

• WHAT TO DO WHEN YOU’RE FEELING DOWN?! READ THIS!!! • A lot of times ill get in this funk to where I completely shut everybody out and then start feeling almost depressed. • When I feel like this, there is a few things that I put into perspective. One thing that I think about is my job, I love what I do and I love helping people, I truly believe that I am here to serve others in a way that I wished to be served at some low points in my life. If you want a happy life you have to realize that where you are working or the state of your body can ultimately effect the way you are at home or at work. • Another thing I look at is my ‘supportive team’, I know theres things that I can’t do on my own, and I accept that. So I will always turn to either my family, friends or my coaches. These are the people who will give it to me straight and without a doubt I will trust them. • And the last thing is that a lot of times I worry about what people think of me ‘the fear of being judged’ but as I progress with MY body, MY health and MY business. Is that you really shouldn’t give a fuck about what people think of you or your decisions. When it comes down to it, it is YOUR life, so you need to be doing what you want to comfortably. • If you are struggling with any of these areas please feel free to message me about it so I can help you.
