👉🏽TAG your workout partner & challenge them to perform this resistance DB front raises for the ultimate deltoids pump!
- When training shoulders it’s important to train them from all angles in order to develop proper muscle growth(presses,anterior,posterior,lateral)
- When performing front raises focused on keeping control of the DB throughout the entire movement and get a slight pause at the top and squeeze your deltoids.
- Adding resistance bands will activate different muscle fibers and activate your stabilizer muscles therefor creating better results from the exercise.
- Start supper setting your exercises in order to keep intensity high throughout the entire lift and burn more calories.
