The Floor Press. This is a great way to get control in your presses. Loading a muscle is easy but controlling that load with every rep is a challenge. Movements through a specific range of motion should stay in that range from beginning to the end of your set. Practice controlling every rep, itll help. PS-sound on* the background noise is quite entertaining!
