This Japanese proverb well describes our situation for the last couple of months.

We had worked hard on building our first version of Metadiet.

In January 2017, we went live for a couple of weeks before realising that our service wasn’t good enough for you. Fail!

We stopped the promotion, took some time off and went back to work.

It made us realise that consistency and persistence are key when following a diet.

You may have tried without succeeding many times to become a healthier person, but if you really want it, you will definitely get there.

We are proud to be back with an optimised version, which is going to kick-start your journey.

What we've learned is to try, try and try again until it works, and never give up.

We will need your constructive feedback to keep improving our service, to make it better and, most importantly, accessible to everyone.

This is what we are aiming for!

700 Kcal - 32g of protein, 94g of carbs and 25g of fat.

Ingredients: - 120g of pasta 🍝
- 90g of cherry tomato πŸ…
- 80g of peas (frozen) - 50g of feta πŸ‘πŸ§€
- 2 tsp of lemon juice πŸ‹
- 2 tsp of olive oil - Chopped parsley 🌿
- Salt/pepper
