Started with stones and bricks. Two meals a day and no supplements. God is good.

Not bad for off season or I don't know what is meant by off season. Eat healthy 75% and training 3 - 4 days a week. You'll still look 80% in shape and can compete any given time. Off season is not supposed to be fat season.
