Did this easy little BOSU workout today. I had a friend ask for something simple she could try in the gym (without the risk of falling flat on her face) so here's a pretty straightforward full body routine. ▶️Press ups ▶️Side lunges ▶️Jump burpees ▶️Squat jumps ▶️Crunches/extensions Bosu = instability = great for the core. Also as I keep mentioning (sorry), I get bored easily so circuits like this where you have to think a little keep me occupied. This set's a good calorie burner with a bit of strength chucked in. I did this four times over, as many as I could of each move. Then 30 minutes fast incline walk as I edited the video - brilliance of having the treadmill is I can combine my morning tasks 👍Although i used to edit while feeding Sonny or trying to eat breakfast but my phone would usually end up kicked out of my hand or covered in porridge 🙄 . . . . . . . . . .
