Ingredients are: 1 lb ground beef, 2 cans of kidney beans, 1 large can of diced tomatoes, 1 onion, 1 orange bell pepper, one sweet potato diced, and some seasonings. (cayenne pepper, minced garlic, cumin, lime chili powder from TJs)
Macros for 1/4 of the ingredients (for four meal preps): F8, C51, P34- 400 calories
