I get it.. Some days you ain't feelin it! 😞 No energy, maybe you had a crappy day, or you're not vibin' with your strength, which all make you feel unmotivated. These are the days you needa dig deep and just show up and push through your training. πŸ‘ŠπŸ½ You're gonna have those days from time to time, but even if you show up to do a little bit, at least it's something. The feeling of effort and accomplishment sure beats feeling sorry for yourself and you'll be glad you mustered up the drive to show out.
Is it good to give your body a rest every now and then when feeling drained? Absolutely (especially if you're recovering from an injury)! But be honest with yourself in telling the difference between allowing yourself to heal and giving yourself an excuse not to work.. don't get in the habit of letting yourself go, allowing all the hard work you've put in fall away. Every effort, #workout, and nutritious meal is getting you one step closer to your goal. You've come this far, DONT give up on yourself now. πŸ’ͺ🏽 #NeverGiveUp

Let's face it, we all go through struggles. We experience rejection, weakness, insecurities, heartbreak, injuries, self doubt, losses, closed doors, etc. But hey, that's LIFE! Don't avoid it... look that adversity dead in the eye and go through it! πŸ‘ŠπŸ½ Its the easiest thing in the world to just give up, but to hold it together when everyone else would understand if you fell apart is True Strength.
Despite what you're enduring, KNOW that you must keep moving forward with your head up, not allowing these temporary trials to break you down or define who you are. Choose to utilize the rough times as #motivation to push through and better yourself. Know your worth and know God created you to be so much more!
Although it may not seem to make sense now, know that whatever you're expereincing here and now, God has placed you where you're at in this very moment for a reason and what you see as rejection, God is re-directing you to something so much better. Remember that and trust He is working everything out according to His will and timing!

Be grateful for what is and for what is to come rather than focusing on the past or what you lack. Take charge of your life.
