I hear a lot of “weights will make me bulky or fat”
First picture 2015 - I was doing boot camps with little weight training, and thought cardio was the only way to stop being fat.
Aswell as eating 1200 calories and starving my body, because I thought that’s what I had to do to be skinny.
I got myself down to 58kilos, not eating enough, I was unhappy in life and I wasn’t healthy.
Second picture 2017- for the past year I have really focused on weight training and seeing what my body can do.
I also started to feed my body which has made me healthier and happier.
In the past year I have gained 5 kilos, some fat but some muscle, but I am getting stronger and I can deadlift and bench press (which I couldn’t do at 58kilos) I’m also happier and healthier inside and out.
2017 has been a great year for me as I have worked on myself, 2018 I will continue to learn about my body aswell as push it more.
Remember weights don’t make you bulky, 5 kilo difference between photos 🤗
