#TransformationTuesday: ✨ "Once you stop clinging and let things be, you'll be free, you'll transform everything" (- Bodhidharma) ✨ I am thankful for this practice because it's a daily reminder to let go of the attachement to results & be grateful for simply what is. When things get intense or life throws a curve ball it can still be hard to "Just be" , but when I reflect on this practice - it is exactly those moments of challenge that have taught me so much- that bring forth the inner grace and strength when I feel into my body, the moment- and let go of any gripping, force or strain in a pose. Likewise off of the mat, my practice has allowed me to be ok with simply doing my best- do what I can to the best of my abilities & trust that the rest will take care of itself. 😊🙏

#MantraMonday: ❤️ Loving Kindness : "Every situation is either an expression of Love or a call for it." They say the universe gives you what you need, it's just a matter of being open to receive it. ✨ I came across this quote recently, and it was a great reminder that in any situation each of us has the power to make that circumstance more loving - through a kind gesture, a compassionate action, an loving approach - even when, and especially when, it may not necessarily be extended towards us. I am so thankful for the people in my life that have shown me love, support, their kindness- thank you for keeping my heart full of loving kindness and inspiration to share with others 😊🙏

"Trust". Yoga has given me so much, including really learning to trust. To
Trust in the practice; to Trust in myself to make the right decisions for me; to Trust in my strength & wisdom; to Trust my ❤️and to Trust enough to let down walls and be vulnerable and open. This pose (Sirsasana) always reminds me of this because the first time I attempted it in the middle of the room I fell onto my back and for a long time after was scared to fall again. And now my headstand my not be perfect but I trust myself enough to feel what's right & how far to go in the moment. 😊
I hope to share with my students the inspiration, trust, strength that this practice has given me. 🙏✨🙏✨🙏
