#TransformationTuesday: ✨ "Once you stop clinging and let things be, you'll be free, you'll transform everything" (- Bodhidharma) ✨ I am thankful for this practice because it's a daily reminder to let go of the attachement to results & be grateful for simply what is. When things get intense or life throws a curve ball it can still be hard to "Just be" , but when I reflect on this practice - it is exactly those moments of challenge that have taught me so much- that bring forth the inner grace and strength when I feel into my body, the moment- and let go of any gripping, force or strain in a pose. Likewise off of the mat, my practice has allowed me to be ok with simply doing my best- do what I can to the best of my abilities & trust that the rest will take care of itself. 😊🙏
