It's been a tough week - I've had a lot on. My sleep, eating and training patterns haven't been as on point as normal. But that doesn't mean I quit or come down hard on myself. It's life and shit happens. Its a new day and I'm straight back into it. Being consistent and remembering what my goals are, is the only way to achieve the results I want.

Switching up my training and throwing in a little cardio at the end of my GVT leg sessions.
I love using the sled. It's great for cardio and strength. Today I found it absolutely brutal. I added it in at the end of my leg workout... the muscle burn was real! πŸ’ͺ🏼πŸ”₯

Progress comes in many forms. It can be mental or physical. Resilience is key.

I love incorporating battle ropes into my workout at the moment. They're great for cardio, back, biceps and abs! πŸ’ͺ🏼

Fitness is not something you can achieve through taking an easy road or trying to find a 'cheat' to get there. It's something you accomplish through hard work and dedication - which makes the end result so much more satisfying.

You can make excuses or you can make progress. You choose.

I didn't want to go to the gym today. I was tired, sore and the thought of sleeping in was so much more enticing. But that attitude won't get me to my goals and it won't fill me with confidence for the day. So I got up. I went to the gym...crushed it πŸ’ͺ🏼😊 ..and I'm so glad I did!

Focusing on volume, not strength during my cut.
