I can get the best out of her. As we see each other not often I give her mostly a very basic but extreme strong butt training in a special set and rep combo which makes the training very effective for sure a 3-4 day burn. Catch me if you have a part of your body you want to focus and build. Means really change and suffer for it. Whole body work outs are important and but if you want to get THE BODY you have to focus on these special muscle groups 2-3x per week. The Fitness freaks as me know exactly what I mean 😜. Gosh getting nervous😅Soon we are launching @raw_life_style_ the Mel Motion😉 Fit Focus program. I'm in the last part of the nutrition program and I hope so much of amazing results and comments🍀🙏. I'm so blessed to got the opportunity and love my Sydney team.
