Throwback to August 2009. Attempting to illustrate the vortices of my mind with long exposures at the harbor of Durban, South Africa

Musician, dad, nurse, cyclist. Throwback to March 2012, riding and shooting with my good friend @lmysko for our bike team, L'equipe de Cyclisme B.C., on scenic Williams Road, Glen Arm, Maryland

Throwback to July 2008, shooting gospel star @MarvinSapp for the Afro-American Newspaper at the 48th Quadrennial Conference of the African Methodist Episcopal Church, St. Louis, MO

It was a pleasure photographing Rachel and Andrew's wedding this August at Wild Willow Farm in the Tijuana River Valley. An organic farm a few miles from the ocean, within eyesight of the border made for a beautiful setting. The organic catering, vibe, and all the other ingredients made for a great event. Congrats to the new couple.

It was 6 months ago when I was laid off from my 9-5 business job and decided I'd try to restart my photography business in a new city. I hadn't used my camera in 9 months, had no connections and no clients, but thanks to the inspiration of great friends, I took a shot at it, starting with Instagram. Fast forward to the present and I'm busier than ever. 3 weeks ago marked my first wedding gig in San Diego. The shoot was a blast, and it wouldn't have been possible without the assistance of 16 year old photographer @dwebber97. Thanks to Daniel for all the hard work, and thanks to my friends and family for all their support in this effort.

The dude is 52 but still whips my 27 year old ass like it's nothin! Me and @fastpapi post-hammerfest at the Point Loma Tidepools early this morning, the exact place where Juan Rodriquez Cabrillo "discovered" San Diego and the rest of California in 1542.

As the ball went out of bounds, I couldn't help but notice this dad throwing his son in the air. My dad used to do this to me all the time and it freaked the crap out of me!

Get on his level!
