Brussels at any meal! So good and super easy. Just a bit time consuming to chop off the ends and slice in half.
Bake with olive oil and salt for about 30 min then mix up with maple syrup and balsamic.
Sweet and savory perfection! And great for your bod, too. Xo

Appreciation moves you from a state of frustration to calm. Try it, and notice the changes that come up!

Sage. The smell reminds me of my Catholic school Mass days.. & Smudging is the beautiful tradition of Native Americans. Lots of history in the important practice of burning herbs and resins to create positive vibes. At the office now.... Healing spaces require good energy! 😘✌

My BIRTHDAY boy helping mom redecorate the office with the promise of cake with candles πŸ€— my little heart who takes care of mommy even at 4.
