Welp, I totally get why the people who talk about Whole30 talk about Whole30 for basically the entire 30 days. It is basically all consuming, albeit in the best way possible. Week 1 recap:

🏃🏼♀️My energy has been about the same... I wasn’t eating a TON of sugar before so I don’t think I had quite as intense of a shock to the system as others. But that don’t mean that I don’t crave a Reeses.
