Here's my 500 sumo pr for the people that missed the video, but mainly posting this to give a quick update regarding the meet. I'm gonna be taking this week to rehab my knee and lower back because I managed to hurt both of them earlier today. Also weight wise planning on sticking around 205 and staying in my current weight class because I believe I will be able to perform at my best at this weight. Looking to get back on track next week with a tweaked version of DUP that suits my style of working out.

Light accessory day hitting 225 with a pause on sumos for a 5x5. Weighed in at 206 this morning leaving only 10 or so more pounds to lose. Got in a much needed refeed day today bringing the level through the roof.
