495 for a heavy ass single, form was terrible but probably could've put on a few more pounds but better safe than sorry. Gonna switch to pulling conventional because my adductors take enough damage from squats @thepowerlifters

Started bulking April 1st weighing around 190 and I am now ending the bulk weighing 235ish (definitely not a clean bulk) but also switching programs because i'd like to focus more on volume to fix my form. 385 4x5 *

155 5x5 dunno if legs will be good to go by Monday but we'll see

So bad news is ya boys got nerve damage in his right leg and I figured i'd try pulling conventional but that also didn't work. So I won't be squatting or deadlifting for atleast a week maybe more just depends on how it feels, but the good news is that means everydays upper body day
