There will be no fitness class tomo @awc_18 due to ladies Fasting before Eid. We will resume next Monday πŸ₯Š

Just because you set goals for your life, it doesn’t mean you ll achieve them πŸ€·β€β™€οΈ It takes a hell of a lot of work and time, to become who you ve envisioned for your life. For me, 3 things really stand out.
1. Prioritise Yourself
2. Organise yourself
3. Discipline Yourself
The last one is the hardest... because it takes constant discipline to avoid all the distractions that suck your time and energy away from your vision. Your vision chooses your time, your friends, your hobbies, your work, and even your food. If you have a big vision you want to achieve and it will take a lot of personal energy to achieve it, then you know you need to Be Heathy and strong πŸ’ͺ🏾 to get there. Honestly, living simply, and highly focussed is the best thing, because it allow you to focus on what is truely important to you and only give attention to your priorities 😍😍😍😍😍

You would probably never believe it but I used to really struggle with FOOD and my weight. I either used to starve myself (to be skinny) or pig out on food uncontrollably. I used to torment myself through food reward or deprivation. It was so ugly and painful I felt I had no self control and hated myself. When I became pregnant with my first child I became so afraid that was I was going to bring all my MENTAL BAGGAGE with me, that I literally forced myself every single day to be kind to myself, love myself and take care of my body for my baby. Even though I was so pregnancy sick I reprogrammed myself to eat healthy and if I needed to pig out, then just accept it. Slowly I started changing through green smoothies because I finally started nourishing my body. Day by day the cravings and ugly mental baggage fell away and I ve found today, after nearly 3.5 years of being on a health binge I’m still renewing and healing myself. Seriously you can turn your health around if you re feeling broken. It’s never too late to be your best. Physically, your body is robust and can recover quickly but it is the mental damage that takes time to heal. We are all on a journey and I wish more girls would share their pain and how they overcome their obstacles. No one is perfect and I ve made so many mistakes..... if I can come this far, then you can go much further than me πŸ’–

Great to finally be back training with the girls @awc_18 We did WalkCombat πŸ₯Š yesterday and I’ve actually forgotten what it’s like to use ALL my muscles. A lot of women ask me how to tone their arms πŸ’ͺ🏾 There are many strength exercises you can do however I have found that carrying light weights while doing boxing moves is GREAT. It helped me burn fat off my arms and also tone them up. However.... I also noticed as soon as I stopped working my arms, they went extremely SOFT again. 😩 Come Down and try our classes at Newport Library. Ladies Only πŸ₯ŠπŸ₯ŠπŸ₯Š

The good news is that you don't need to walk at a vigorous intensity for health or aerobic fitness benefits.

Walking at a moderate intensity (brisk walking or Power walking) will increase your aerobic fitness and, more importantly, your endurance (the ability to carry out activities for longer with less fatigue). It is low impact exercise and excellent for burning fat. πŸ”₯πŸ”₯πŸ”₯πŸ”₯πŸ”₯

I ve had so much personal stuff going on that my fitness classes, fashion posts, and general business stuff had to go on the back burner πŸ”₯πŸ”₯πŸ”₯Im happy to announce that this week im@finally back to my old schedule.
