A while ago I did an amazing class @barre_core taught by the best teacher out there @charlotte_tooth if you are in town go and do her class. If I had more time I would definitely do it more often.

It has been a very long time since I have tried this, glad to see that I still have it, though it was extremely difficult, clearly I need to get to work on this again.

This week I am snowboarding 🏂 in the idyllic Dolomites. Perfect weather, gorgeous conditions and the best mountains ⛰ in the world. Who would have known snowboarding is all about balance, just like Handstands 🤸🏻‍♂️ @scuolasci2000 @dolomitisuperski #unesco @unesco #marchhandstands #bodybible2018

The gold pants were back out this weekend @cafedeparislondon. 🥂🍾a fun up beat act that always gets the audiences going.

One of the things I love about handstands is how useful the training is for everything I do and for other things I want to try. Although I train other sports professionals, lots of the people I teach just want to master the impossible, they want to learn more about their bodies and see what they’re capable of. And, most of all, they just want to smile and get upside down! My classes are every Tuesday evening at 6.30pm and every Saturday morning at 10.45am at St Joseph’s Primary School, Highgate Hill. Having an amazing time @museumhotel in #cappadocia Turkey 🇹🇷. Properly snowy conditions here but that didn’t stop me braving the cold for a 1 arm. Training in the amazing clothing by @cirfit_lifestyle thanks to @terryjharry for sending them to me 😀 you’re the best.

Day 3 - back to training and back to basics. Whenever I have a break my left hand always takes longer than my right to get back to where it was. It isn’t any different this time.

Day 2 of back to basics. Taking it nice and slow, trying to find that balance again, get my reaction speed up and endurance. It felt a little better.

First day back training handstands in 2018. Also first day training handstands in 6 weeks, due to injury, illness and Christmas food. So back to the basics, back to getting my endurance and proprioception to where they should be.

This is a transition that I find difficult but when I make it, it feels so good.
