My drug of choice is an iced cold Coca-Cola. It's a true addiction y'all! πŸ™ˆ My body craves it all the time. The days leading up to my 30 days challenge I bought these bad boys. La Croix sparkling water helps me kick the cravings and keep them away. On days where my body wants a sugary Coke I crack one of these open. The one thing I had been worrying about during this first week back was maintaining a good milk supply for baby Selah. As a lot of nursing moms know breastfeeding your baby helps burn an extra 300-500 calories a day. But the amount of milk a nursing mom produces can fluctuate depending on a variety of factors like your food and water intake, the amount of sleep you get or even the stress you put on your body. Thankfully I have been able to not only exclusively nurse my newborn, but I have also been able to produce an extra 30-35 oz of milk by pumping. Hopefully as I continue to eat clean, work out and drink a TON of water my milk production will not fluctuate. Pretty pictures always make food taste better... Because I'm nursing I sometimes will include a cup of steel cup oats to help keep my milk production at a good level for baby Selah. I'm back... I've got some work to do though. I gained roughly 30lbs with this pregnancy and I have knocked off 12lbs from just nursing (and eating whatever I wanted) for the last 4weeks. Baby Selah...

Two weeks left in my pregnancy. I feel like a little whale that has a hard time breathing. Say a prayer that I can keep it together as I count down these last days. πŸ™πŸ½πŸ€°πŸ½πŸ‘ΆπŸ½ I'm ready to tie my shoes by myself and have a portion of my body back to myself.

Sooo.... I'm back and I've got some big news! We are expecting our 3rd child in April 2017. Now that I'm pretty much free and clear from the morning sickness phase, I plan to continue to share my fitness/health journey for the months to come. It might look a little different from when I started but this will definitely hold me accountable. And also help encourage me to stay eating healthy and working out all the way through my pregnancy. So here we go...
