Some overhead press fun today!
I’m very happy with how these are progressing as a 4th exercise in my Saturday workouts. I’ve been naturally building insane amounts of muscle and strength over the past month or two as it was muscle and strength I lost from November to January. Sure, not steroid-like gains but, impressive gains considering how long I’ve been lifting. I’ve always said jokingly that The fastest way to build muscle is to build it, lose it, and build it again lol. This time around though, I’m paying much more attention to the little things that are often neglected, like scapular strength/health, and obviously rotator cuffs.
What’s the lesson of this post? Look at the bright side of things and learn from your mistakes. -
